We want to reassure you that we haven’t changed the formulation of the product, and there is no paraffin listed among the ingredients. That said, texture can vary slightly between batches due to factors like temperature during shipping or storage — especially with natural formulations containing essential oils.

We're really sorry to hear the consistency hasn’t felt the same in your recent purchase. We’d love to look into this further — could you please share the expiry stamp on the packaging?
